Freddie Mac Prices $1.1 Billion Multifamily K-Deal, K-070

MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/04/17 -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates), which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities. The company expects to issue approximately $1.1 billion in K Certificates (K-070 Certificates), which are expected to settle on or about December 12, 2017.

The K-070 Certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2017-K70 Mortgage Trust (K-70 Trust) and guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
