UCL to Build Personal Health Records BlockChain, Giving Patients Complete Control of Their PHR

Company Sets Launch Date of Q2 2018, begins Pre Launch Registration Immediately

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - December 04, 2017) - United Consortium Ltd. (OTC PINK: UCSO), an acquisition and development Company focused on creating shareholder value by identifying and monetizing opportunities in Technology, Internet, New Media and the Emerging Cannabis Space, today announced that it will build and launch a new block chain centric Personal Health Records (PHR) business by the second quarter of 2018.

UCL Chairman and CEO Scott Gallagher Stated, "We've identified, and I have personally experienced, one of the largest gaps in the health care system in the US today, and that is, patients don't control their own personal health records. In the state of health care today, patients have virtually no control over their fragmented personal health records. They can't decide who can see their records or how those records will be used. Patient data, securely stored and tracked using private block chain technology and smart contracts is a game changer. With a private Block Chain, patients can store and encrypt their information, when a provider needs access, the patient can grant the provider access via a smart contract that predetermine how long a provider is granted view only access to the records based on a preset algorithm created by the patient." Gallagher continued, "Disruption by empowering patients is at the core of this project. A patient centric private Block chain product could become the vehicle that provides the integration and control of all patient generated records. Putting full control of an individual's set of personal health records back where it belongs, with the patient."

UCL is requesting that all interested Physicians preregister at www.PhysiciansBlockChain.com. UCL will be seeking feedback from Physicians prior to the beta launch expected in Q1 of 2018.

UCL is further requesting that patients seeking control of their Personal Health Records preregister at www.MyHealthBlockChain.com to interact with the Company during the beta launch as well.
